SHIPPING & RETURNS
Delivery:
We offer a door-to-door courier service on a national basis (South Africa) or free collection from our Lucky Lulu Headquarters Newlands in Cape Town. Please select your desired shipping on checkout.
Once your order has been shipped, we can email you a tracking number which you can use to track the progress of your order.

24 hour turn around from time of order & payment received.
Collect from Newlands, Cape Town.
Monday to Friday only, 9am to 5pm unless other time arranged.
Cost: FREE of charge
Standard Shipping National: 2-3 working days
JHB; KZN; BLOEM; EAST LONDON; GEORGE; PE; PTA
Orders & payments received by 12pm
Monday to Friday only.
Cost: R95
NOTES:
Outlying areas is a 2 day service, and will incur a surcharge of R80.
Packages over 2kg will incur an additional charge which must be settled before parcel is dispatched.
Damages: please notify us of any damages as soon as you become aware of these and we will raise
with our courier.

We reserve the right to make changes to these terms at any time.
RETURNS
We are happy to refund or exchange your purchase if your goods are found to be faulty or damaged. However, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind (sorry!). If your order is damaged in any way on delivery, please notify us immediately on hello@luckylulu.co.za. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item to us, however this will be refunded/credited to your account, should your product be deemed faulty by our customer service team.
Exceptions:
Unfortunately sale items are not refundable.
Please note that we offer no refund / return on balloons.
